Sunrift is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support its retail and administrative operations. The role involves processing, verifying, organizing, and maintaining customer, product, order, and inventory information. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update customer, product, order, and inventory records.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Enter information from invoices, order forms, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Identify and correct missing, duplicate, or inaccurate records.
- Maintain organized electronic files and databases.
- Process product and order information according to established procedures.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems.
- Assist with inventory and product-record reconciliation.
- Compile information and prepare routine reports for internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, inventory, and fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor assigned processing tasks and ensure they are completed within established deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
- Perform other administrative and processing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data processing, administrative support, records management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and database applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively while remote.
- Familiarity with retail, inventory, or order-management systems is a plus.
